Safety and Design

EPLAN Electrical Design

We carry out electrical designs ranging from an electrical panel[1][2][3][4] following specific regulations, to the design of a fully automated robotic line based on a planned installation layout. With this information, we create the complete design of the installation, including control panels, HMIs, bills of materials, and more.

It is worth mentioning that, in the field of electrical design, we were selected by the company “EPLAN” to give a presentation on our work at the “Hotel Albufera” in Valencia at the end of 2013.[5][6][7][8][9]

Machine Safety

In this area, we create or collaborate with clients on the development of a technical file. This ranges from the creation of manuals and Risk Analysis and Assessment to carrying out the necessary tests to obtain certification.

On this note, it is important to know that we have conducted tests in accordance with the standard for automated lines at FORD Almussafes, Opel Zaragoza, SEAT Martorell, and for companies such as GH Electrotermia.

PLC Programming

Programming and commissioning of PLCs for small and medium-sized installations.

HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Programming[20]
